Rental conditions

Once the room reservation has been confirmed by us, it's no longer possible to cancel the room. Should you have to cancel your reservation on short notice, the first months rent will be charged.

Our rooms are only for a single occupancy, no double occupancy is allowed.

Rent duration

Autumn semester: 1. September - 30. January

Spring semester: 2. February - 28. June / 2. February - 27. August

What's included in the rent

Deposit/Damages

The total rent for the stay and the deposit must be paid before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by WOKO approximately 10-12 weeks after the end of the rental period. Any damage incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.

Rental contract

The contract will be handed over when you move into your room.
