Once the room reservation has been confirmed by us, it's no longer possible to cancel the room. Should you have to cancel your reservation on short notice, the first months rent will be charged.

Rent duration

1. September - 29. January

1. September - 27. June

1. September - 28. August

What's included in the rent

Damages

The refund of the deposit will take place around 10-12 weeks after the end of your tenancy by WOKO. Any caused damages during your stay will be deducted from your deposit.

Payment /rental contract

The total amount for one semester (deposit, plus full rent) must be paid two weeks before the start of the rental period. The rental contract will be handed over after the arrival.
