Rental conditions

Information about your room reservation

As soon as we have confirmed the room by e-mail, the reservation is binding and can not longer be cancelled. Our rooms are only rented to individuals, double occupancy is not allowed.

2. February - 27. June

2. February - 27. August

Rental contract

All additional costs are included in the rent. Further information on the respective house can be found in the descriptions on the WOKO website: external page http://www.woko.ch/en/liegenschaften. The contract will be given to the student when they move into their room. The rental agreement cannot be terminated, a sublease is not permitted.

Deposit/Damage

The deposit and the first month's rent must be transferred before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by WOKO approximately 12 weeks after the end of the rental period. Any damage incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit..
