Building in the "Binz" district
In this new residential complex in the upcoming Binz district, we are renting out a total of 90 one-room studios to UZH and ETH doctoral students.
The complex consists of two houses, which share the general interior and exterior surfaces. A restaurant and other shops in the respective ground floor units complete the new housing project. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The public transport stop can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
Rental
The studios have their own kitchen / bathroom and are rented fully furnished. Bed linen, kitchen equipment and cleaning utensils are also provided. The studios are equipped with a LAN / WLAN connection. The use of the internet is included in the rent.
There is a laundry room available. The washing machines are operated with a batch system. These can be charged by bank card (EC and credit). For a washing batch a deposit must be deposited.
The studios are rented for a maximum rental period of one year, the notice period is 2 months. The monthly rental rates range between CHF 1'100.- and CHF 1'200.-.
