Manual to advertise accommodation
Here you can find detailed instructions on how to create an advertisements on our portal.
Open a user account
Choose a login name with at least for letters and set a password which has to contain 8-15 letters. It has to feature a lowercase as well as a capital letter, a number and one of the follwoing symbols: - -+$,. After the registration you can change all of your data, except the login name.
Create a new advert
Once logged in you can click on "enter new advert". You will be asked to fill in all the relevant information and have the option to upload pictures.
When you have completed the form and you want to publish your advert please select "submit advert". If, for some reason, you couldn't complete the advert you can save it as a draft and finish it later. Please select save if you want to do so. You can make changes at anytime by selceting "own advert" and then choosing "edit advert". From here you are able to delete the advert if you have to do so.
Activation
Each offer will be reviewed by us before publishing. As soon as this process is complete, you will be informed by email. You'll also receive a written confirmation as well as a payment slip.
Deactivation
As soon as you have found a suitable tenant you can deactivate your advert. All you have to do is selcect "own advert" and then choose "deactivate advert".
Reactivation
Deactivated and expired adverts can be reactivated. All you have to do is choose an old advert and select "resubmit".
