Advertise accommodation
Thank you for choosing us to advertise your accommodation!
Our target group are the members of the ETH / UZH. Most prospective tenants are students who have a small budget and thus are dependent on affordable housing.
The budget for accommodation is in most cases distinctly under CHF 1'000.
The highest demand for housing space is at the beginning of the fall semester, in September.
Advertisements are online for one month after publishing on our website. If you weren't able to find a suitable tenant in that time we'll gladly extend the duration of the ad.
You can access your advertisement at any time with your user account. You can also make changes to a running offer or you can end the advertisement early when you've found a tenant.
Due to attempts of fraud, we are unfortunately forced to request a copy of the Swiss registration confirmation for the first time registration as advertiser. For students/employees of the UZH/ETH, a copy of the student or employee ID is sufficient.
